IPC Homework

The following is Mr. Murray's IPC homework philosophy:

Everyday students will be given a homework assignment due at the beginning of the next class. The homework is short, given on small slips of paper, and should take five to ten minutes to complete (if they paid attention in class).

Why is the homework so short? So that students will do it! If a student can do something three times, they can do it twenty times. If students are given long assignments many will not complete them, save the best students that don't need the additional practice.

Think of this homework as a daily quiz over what we worked on in class. If students pay attention in class and work on the in-class practice problems, the homework should be relatively easy.

Daily worksheets contain enough information and examples to complete most of the homework. Any other questions come from in-class notes.

If students can complete the daily homework assignments they should do well on tests. So students might want to download chapter homework again as practice for the test.
