New IPC Materials

Physics Materials

  • What's available? (back to top)
    • New IPC worksheets in the same format as the ones you already know: notes on the front; work on the back.
    • IMPORTANT: The worksheet/notes are in pdf format and are NOT editable. I can spend up to 12 hours on one of these pages. Why would I just let people change them and make new works from them?
    • Included are IPC Worksheets for Chemistry (Semester 1) and Physics (Semester 2), Worksheet Keys, and Tests (with keys and grading schemes).
    • TAKS Blitz - Concise review of all 5 TAKS objectives. (Although TAKS is no longer, there are some good materials here.)
  • What about the old worksheets? (back to top)
    • The old worksheets will continue to be available for free on the website.
  • What's changed (what's "new")? (back to top)
    • I have completely rewritten almost all of the IPC worksheets. Two additional years of experience have resulted in much better presentation and explanations. If you like the old worksheets, you'll love the new ones!
    • In many cases I have completely rethought the chapters. "Work and Energy" and "Electricity" are much easier now, for instance. (My IPC students learned almost as much as my Physics students, as a result.)
    • I have added many new graphics, including many that duplicate laboratory or real-life situations.
    • No "tricks", only science. Example: I do not teach "cross the numbers" for binary ionic compounds. Students forget the tricks, but remember science.
    • Teaching basic math skills. With the exception of one problem that I couldn't do easily, all of the problems use basic math so students DO NOT need a calculator. Many of my students improved their knowledge of their times tables and gained confidence during the physics semester.
  • IPC Topics (back to top) - List of all IPC worksheets here
  • Prices and payment (back to top)
    • $70.00 for a complete year of IPC "out of the box". Includes:
      • IPC worksheets for Chemistry (semester 1) and Physics (semester 2)
Includes: worksheets; keys and some ancillary worksheets.
      • Tests (which includes keys and grading schemes).
      • Updates. If I update one of the above, I'll send it to you.
      • Copyright Permissions Letter - it gives you the right to copy copyrighted materials. It is sent with the pdf files after payment.
    • Payment is thru PayPal, which accepts credit cards. This can be VERY fast. Email me today, you might have the materials by tomorrow.
    • If your school or district is interested - please contact me for site license information.
  • How to order (back to top)
    • Contact me here (not at the school, please, since this is business).
    • PLEASE email me a NON-SCHOOL email address OR make sure that my email address is whitelisted. (I've had a number of school email spam blockers "block" me, which slows down the process.)
    • Send me a link to your school's website to confirm your status as a teacher, since the materials include exams and keys. (Of course this wouldn't be as necessary, except for the spam blockers.)

AP Materials Here.

  • What's Available (back to top)
    • Physics Worksheets and Keys - An entire curriculum for the entire year with my same format: notes on front, work on back.
    • IMPORTANT: the worksheet/notes are in pdf format and are NOT editable. I can spend up to 12 hours on one of these pages. Why would I just let people change them and make new works from them?
    • IPC Physics Worksheets - I use these as introductory materials. I would never teach physics without them.
    • Notes and Ancillaries - I have a lot of non-worksheet notes and the "Physics Calculator", which solves most of the multi-step problems you do during the year. It allows you to give many examples quickly and check students' work instantaneously.
    • Homework Keys - Much of my physics curriculum is based on the homework I assign each night. The homework is free on the website, but not the keys.
    • Tests - Includes all tests (formats: ExamView Pro [if you have the program] and pdf), keys, and grading schemes [how I graded it]).
    • TAKS Blitz - Concise review of all 5 TAKS objectives. (Although TAKS is no longer, there are some good materials here.)
    • Updates - As I adjust the worksheets and find new ways to teach, I update the download site.

  • Physics Topics (back to top) - List of Physics notes here - The list becomes incomplete very quickly over time, as I write new materials, but will give you a good overview.

  • Physics Examples (back to top)
  • Prices and Payment (back to top)
    • $95.00 for a complete year of Physics. Includes all of the materials listed above. ($130.00 for both the IPC and Physics materials.)
    • Payment is thru PayPal, which accepts credit cards. It is very fast and easy. You could have the materials by tomorrow!
    • Materials are downloaded from a secure site. Passcodes are given when payment is received.
    • Multi-teacher, school and district site licenses are available. Email me for details.

  • How to order (back to top)

    • PLEASE email me a NON-SCHOOL email address OR make sure that my email address is whitelisted. (I've had a number of school email spam blockers "block" me, which slows down the process.)

  • Songs - I have 24 songs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Math. I will get them recorded at some point, but I am concentrating on notes and homeworks, right now.
