One of my oldest and most loved anthems. "Little Baby Jesus" is a tender anthem that will tear at the heart of mothers. Your choir will love this anthem - no doubt.

SATB choir, piano, and flute. Medium difficulty due to several melodies and some counterpoint. The choir will learn them pretty fast, though.

Composer Notes:

Think "spanish lullaby" at the beginning. Keep it simple and gently. At the end, make sure the audience is slightly surprised by "The world must wait for a...while." I want them to think "a king, a message from God?"
